Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced ITIL Practitioner to join our team. The ITIL Practitioner will be responsible for implementing and maintaining IT service management processes based on ITIL best practices. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to improve service delivery, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and manage IT service management processes based on ITIL framework.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into IT service management solutions.
3. Define, document, and maintain service management policies, processes, procedures, and standards.
4. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery.
5. Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service performance and quality.
6. Facilitate problem management and root cause analysis to address recurring incidents and minimize service disruptions.
7. Provide guidance and support to IT teams to ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and standards.
8. Lead and participate in ITIL-related projects, including process improvements, tool implementations, and service transitions.
9. Act as a subject matter expert on ITIL principles, practices, and methodologies.
10. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT service management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
2. ITIL Practitioner certification or higher (e.g., ITIL Expert, ITIL Master).
3. Minimum of X years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ITIL framework implementation and optimization.
4. Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including incident management, change management, problem management, and service level management.
5. Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) and ITIL-related software solutions.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. ITIL Trainer certification (optional but preferred).
